Enliven Your Body’s Innate Healing Systems

My therapeutic practice centers on supporting fluid bodily systems,

mainly, the Craniosacral and Lymphatic systems, that orchestrate and facilitate healing our bodies,

and deeply tune our experience of being embodied and Alive in the world.

For the past 10+ years, I have been synthesizing these treatment traditions to support clients through presence-based and dynamic approaches to a wide range of healing opportunities for recent traumas and entrenched dysregulations. I am experienced in Pre- and Post-Operative care, including care aimed at preventing or improving Lymphedema, hands on therapy for the sensitive areas of the Eyes and Throat, fluid and bio-electric regulation for Brain Injuries and Visceral Challenges and Lymphatic Breast Care, including prenatal and postpartum care, and support for the breastfeeding relationship.

I welcome anyone who would like to experience a lightening up of their fluid systems

and to increase the peace within their nervous systems!

The waters listen as they flow along; they know the origin of heaven and earth...

Our bodies and fundamental forces of nature are always working toward our good health. Through learning to connect with our innate resources for healing, we can catalyze their activities and transform our experience. During a session, I synergize Lymphatic and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapies to dynamically encourage fluid processes of cleansing and renewal, while guiding clients to access states of recovery through attuned connection with their nervous systems. Lymph Drainage Therapy, with the listening touch of Osteopathic methodology, is a gentle, hands on approach with an orientation of respect for our inherent healing systems and capabilities. It trains and supports the movements of the Lymphatic System, to encourage better function and to detect and address limitations. Increasing flow will clear debris, circulate immune cells and literally increase the clarity of the lymph and blood, and thereby our whole bodies. More

Craniosacral Therapy aims to free and strengthen our innate vitality through collaborating with Rhythmic movements of our Cerebrospinal Fluid, which bathe and massage the cores of our central nervous systems. Using sensitive, sustained physical contact with the sacrum, cranium, spine and body, we invite attunement to healthy, rhythmic organization and a steady support for reclaiming vitality that has been spinning in disconnection, based in past efforts to maintain vital functions and survive another day. I consider my work to be basic health support, offered in reverence for Life. No matter the nature of the injury, or illness, the same basic systems and processes are at work within each of us to do the clean up and grow from our experiences.

Sessions are based in a Biodynamic mode of listening. We attune to and offer support through, rhythms of health that exist in all living bodies. Fundamentally, we are building our capacity to attune to Health, removing obstacles to the flow of life-supporting fluids and bio-energetic signals, we make space and we listen within. When we allow our inner seas to settle, then we can feel the deeper movements and allow them to buoy us along.

“Water is life’s mater and matrix, mother and medium. There is no life without water.”

Sarah is the most talented lymph specialist I have worked with. I literally describe her as the , “Lymph Whisperer, “ to my clients. Her touch is safe, effective, and in many cases, profoundly healing. I send many patients with breast cancer to have their lymph worked on with Sarah and am happy she has been returning to the Bay Area to work with my clients. She is a true healer.

Once in a blue moon, a master healer like Sarah appears, who can connect deeply inside your body and heal your tangled and torn tissue, stuck lymph flow, insane thinking, and more.

Sarah has the most intuitive (the “best” touch!) that I’ve ever experienced with any bodyworker.
